I just noted above that the VA gives 0- down loans, but that’s only because if you default, the taxpayers are on the hook. No private lender would take the risk.

So you want to extend a soecial benefit for vets to ALL homebuyers, ans put taxpayers on the hook for millions of new loans? Pretty stupid, especially given our $35T debt.
