This is one the saddest story's I have heard in quit sometime....

Zapata’s body was flown to Houston for an autopsy Wednesday. The flag-draped coffin of ICE agent Jamie Zapata arrived just after 3 p.m. at the Atlantic Aviation Terminal at Intercontinental Airport.

It was supposed to get an escort to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, but that did not happen. Several sources close to the situation said the Harris County Medical Examiner's office refused to accept Zapata's remains, saying it would not perform a second autopsy.

Zapata received an autopsy in Mexico after his death Tuesday.

I live here and this is the only station or media outlet I found this on....

Does this make you mad or what?

You are not aware of the problem with the small percentage of autopsies performed, the lack of runding for and lack of qualified madical examiners.
In many places the only qualification for Coroner is votes. And many coroners/MR's offices lack basic equipment and supplies.

Should watch more PBS they did an excellent show on this a few weeks ago.

Coroners/ME's offices are seldom like the TV shows.
