Happy Memorial Day?

I spent today, as I do most Mondays, giving out lunches to the homeless and poor. One young lady came in with her little girl and said "Happy Memorial Day" It got me thinking, I'm pretty sure that's not an appropriate greeting today, but what is? <apologies to those in a different time zone where it is already tomorrow and no longer memorial day>
