Clearly this is a humiliating defeat for the Trump administration. Details are still emerging but from multiple sources this is what is being leaded thus far:

First of all; there is a deal (NY Times):

“The Deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete,” President Trump said in a post on social media. Iran’s Supreme National Security Council said in a statement that the country had finalized a memorandum of understanding with the United States after “months of long and difficult negotiations.”

The stated reason for going in and starting the 3 week war that lasted more than 3 months was their nuclear program. To the surprise of absolutely nobody, Trump backed off having that issue resolved and is going to be supposedly resolved separately:

Al Jazeera says we're coughing up $24B to return to the status quo we had back in February....

And Israel was not consulted and wasn't a signatory of the deal either.

I'm sure they'll be spinning this as a victory which of course is humorous at best and sad at worst. We went from "unconditional surrender" to coughing up $24B and no resolution to the nuke program. Its a massive loss for the Trump administration.

So who's head is going to roll for this? I think it's Wyles if that is how to spell her name.

Weird. It's like saying Japan won WW2 because they got to keep their Emperor.

Nobody, because Trump is fully responsible for the Iran debacle, and the only other person he can blame is Netanyahu, whom he can do nothing about.
Someone's gonna walk the plank for this debacle.... Who it is depends on how his base reacts to the latest helping of 100% USMAGA Bullshit they were just served. For 100 days, they defended this fiasco and as you saw from even the most ardent supporter of this moronic action in Iran, kyzr , he's calling it what it was. Iran won.

It went from:
Trump better not let Iran win.
To:
Let me list a few ways Iran could win:
1. They keep their nuclear weapons program (not included in the MOU)
2. They keep their enriched uranium
3. They get the $12b being held/frozen
4. They get "reparations" $300b-$400b from US taxpayers
5. They keep the Islamist regime
6. The US blockade ends
7. All US military leaves the ME

These points were found by AI:
  • US commitment to lift oil sanctions on Iran
  • Final negotiations would not begin until half of Iran's frozen funds are released and the US naval blockade ends CNBC
  • Iran pledges to reopen the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days CNBC
  • Withdrawal of all US forces from the region (additional points beyond this weren't captured in the search results) CNBC
Ending up with:
Meaning Iran stuffs Trump, again.
And the most serious snub of all:

We made fun of Nancy Pelosi for her famous line "we need to pass the Bill to see what's in it".

If the details are secret Trump lost to Iran.
He's comparing the blob to Pelosi (even though he mis-quoted her).

So the blob is going to have to offer up some sort of sacrificial lamb. Suzy Wiles is the obvious choice but I seriously doubt that Trump-ass-kyzr doesn't even know that she is his chief of staff. So a bigger name has to come out of it. Kegsbreath could be it.... That would be awesome since he was so underqualified to start with.

All good points, but isn't Trump couching this as a big win?

Wouldn't someone being "promoted" contradict the slanted perception of a big win here?

Actually, that may be how they try to unsuccessfully project victory, by "promoting" someone.

Political reality is often stronger than spin. This is probably going to be one of those times.

The the right wing loons here are calling BS on this whole thing...can you imagine what the not-so-deranged lunatics are thinking? The Senate might be in play. The problem with federalizing every house and senate race is that when the leader of your party takes it right up the wazoo like he did on this "deal"...every candidate gets asked about it and it's a long time until November and there are lots of times to ask these questions. If they're smart, they'll have it off the front pages by next weekend and try to turn the page.

Maybe it's time to invade Greenland finally or will we lose to Denmark too?

Well, we are definitely seeing the political winds shifting with the Republicans in both the House and the Senate.

Especially with all those Republican incumbents that Trump primaried.

I can't believe he didn't see them not having his back after throwing them under the bus.

Then again, I guess I can believe it.

It is fortunate or well planned that the Trumpfy Cabal has some staggering news to announce imminently about world wide election fraud .
This is so huge that other matters will be completely "forgotten" by the public at large .

And , if at the same time, UFO/Alien Disclosure is extended , this will further muddy the waters ----- not that these two areas of Disclosure /Revelation are linked .

If iran is allowed to keep their nuclear program it will be a defeat for Trump and America

Thats jolly for you till the day Iran uses their nukes

Which they will

LOL.

Trump and his cult think they won the world series.

For what, the ............39th or 40th time?

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a formal, non-binding written agreement between two or more parties that outlines their shared goals, responsibilities, and expected course of action. It acts as a foundational roadmap for collaboration without creating enforceable legal obligations or financial commitments

In other words..................Absolutely NOTHING.

There's a significant difference between a nuclear program and a nuclear weapons program, just to be clear.

Iran wants nuclear weapons
We got that, but a nuclear program is not tantamount to a nuclear weapons program. If so, there would be dozens of nuclear weapons programs. Even here in the tiny Czech Republic there is a nuclear program.

Trump never gives democrats scalps, never.

There is nothing to prevent Trump from "mowing the grass" again after the mid-terms, just sayin'.

But thanks for being a fan!
