√ Article 13 - HAMAS Covenant: There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors.

You cannot argue with those that support Jihadist and Fedayeen hardliners. They are what they are. You can no more change their mind any more than you can change the color of the Sun.
They are by their allegiance, bound to the agenda. They oppose any reasonable negotiations and that is why there has been no success in any Peace Talks for 20 years.
Talking peace, with a Palestinian is a excellent idea. But to end a conflict, you must have good faith on BOTH sides; not just one side.
You can try to negotiate with a Jihadist supporter; but that doesn't mean they will reciprocate. They have always fallen back to Article 13.
