The invasion did not occur until it looked like The Ukraine was going to join NATO. That struck fear in that fool.

Russia is at least 30% bigger than Ukraine with four times more active personnel and yet... two years later... Ukraine is still alive and kicking.

Especially China, she believes she can tell them to go to hell. It's not going to happen. We are to co-independent.
