Haggis

have you tried Haggis yet?

Here's the haggis, it's a common animal in Scotland.

It has legs longer on one side than the other so it can walk around Scottish mountains more easily. And it's true, I was told his by the captain of the boat on Loch Ness.

The ignorant one has spoken .

The liver is normal fare and though Heart appears out of fashion , cooked properly, it borders on a delicacy .

I know nothing about the taste of lungs but if the animal is certified as a non smoker I see no reason to be concerned .
And I suppose you are a big fan of haggis?

Only when it’s ceremonial. On Burns’ Night.

Just had haggis tonight, MacSween. Ingredients -

Lambs lung (32%)
Beef fat (24%)
Oats (20%)
Lamb stock
Onion
Salt
Ground spices
Doesn't contain artificial colours and flavourings

The stuff at the bottom is a big pile of tomato sauce. I like tomato sauce with haggis.
