First, I don't like violence in our politics at all. And believe that those that engage in it should face the full legal consequences whatever their politics are.

Having said that, I would note that the first instances of violence were done by Trump supporters. And that we have seen the 'Conservatives' on this board repeatedly threaten 'Second Amendment' solutions when the results of elections did not suit them. Those that think replying in kind are just as wrong as those 'Conservatives' or the people at the Trump rallies. All citizens should condemn this kind of nonsense whatever the source.
