The act of building a relationship, trust and emotional connection with a "child" so that you can shape their sexual, gender, political, sexual, world view.

When I was a youth counselor at the Idaho Youth Ranch, grooming was usually handled with termination.

Far more teachers than anyone else is a child molester and actively grooming children to accept molestation. One teacher recently sent nude photos of himself to his students. They are being stopped now. All of them need to be removed.

Most child sexual abuse occurs in the home of the victim, the home of the offender, or another residence. 81% of all child sexual abuse occurs in one-on-one situations: one-offender/one-child. (Child Maltreatment Report, 2013) Wherever youth are physically or virtually alone with someone is a potential place where they can be subjected to sexual misconduct or abuse.
