Of course, it is, call it whatever you wish but some types of greed are good, the American way.

Do you think Henry Ford invented the assembly line for the benefit of mankind? He invented the assembly line so he could build and sell more cars to make more money.

The list goes on and on.

I worked harder, longer and took courses, not for the benefit of mankind but so that when you and I competed for a listing, I was going to get that listing and you were going to walk away cursing me. All to the benefit of the owner because I was better informed and would do a better job.
