Does the same level of incompetent tax collection appear in other nations with socialist policies? Is Norway as corrupt? Is Sweden? Or is this a problem particular to the Greeks?

If that's the case, is Socialist policies to blame, or is it just good old fashioned corruption and incompetence?

Greece is not Norway nor Sweden. Those are countries with low populations an industrious population and natural resources which can provide welfare to their citizens if they choose. They are the exception.

Greece and other countries which demand the benefits of the few wealthy countries of Europe are doomed to failure. They simply cannot generate wealth.

They have to pay piper at the end of the day and simply do not have the money.
