I'd drill that thing out in less time than that video is long.
Another way is to shoot them, that works too.

If the power goes out. And you have a kerosene lamp- put a mirror behind it. If you're lucky enough to have 2- now you have 3 lights. like my make-up mirrors.
If you have a gas stove.. and you run outta coffee- take a coffee filter- Fill it up. Put a rubber band around the filter- and tie it up- boil it in water on the gas stove- takes longer- maybe 30 minutes.. but you'll get a good cup of hot-coffee

I've seen similar videos using sand or baking power instead of cotton.
