Polling people tell people with names/addresses on paper to go outside and memorize info and then come back.

Is it worth taxpayer to hire Mueller to investigate? Nope.

When someone dies, the funeral home alerts the IRS and all the person's assets are locked.
When someone dies, the Voting District is perhaps told but doesn't really give a shit.
The survivor has to sue the District to remove them from the Polling List.
