Grand jury declines to indict the 6 congress-critters who reminded servicemen that they are not to follow illegal orders.

This would be unheard of in any other administration.

The DOJ only goes to the grand jury when they have an ironclad case.

Until now.

...but they wont EVER do that traitor shit again. This is a win. :dunno:

Unfortunately, I have to admit, democrats have the deck stacked in their favor because most of the courts, judges, and jurors are all in the big city dark blue areas.

How often and why must armed forces be reminded this; in particular, by several members of the out of power political party? What was the catalyst to do so?

This was purely political. The Democrats wanted to get Troops questioning orders.
They wanted the Trump DOJ to look completely inept, incompetent, and like total losers.

They did all 3 at once.

How’d that taste?

Wow, that must be frustrating. It helped that there never was a case to start with as was with the case in the James matter, the Comey matter, etc....

How would they go to prison for disobeying an illegal order?
They would go to prison for disobeying a lawful order that they assumed at the time was illegal

Service members would be playing russian roulette with live ammo

It's just a fact that the courts, judges, and jurors all come from the big cities, which are all dark blue. So, it's not surprising the right get the short end of the stick on that, as in this case and some others.

Wow...makes you wonder how there are so many blacks and minorities in prison given how slanted the courts are in their favor...right?

Oh wait...you’re imagining discrimination where none exists.

Do you think that you will ever stop petending you’re a victim of some vast conspiracy?

Ummmmmmmmmmmmm, democrats are letting all of the criminals go and passing social injustice laws. Where have you been?

15th post
Democrats and other leftists, including prosecutors and judges, aren't letting minorities out of jail and aren't passing social injustice laws?
No.

Blue cities (your phrase, not mine) send the majority of the people to prison in any given state.

There are like 10,000 prisoners in the Harris County jail right now (Houston). LIkely similar to 2X that in Cobb/Fulton Counties, Cook County, LA County etc.

After serving jail time at county, they often move on to the State pens...where nearly 4 out of ten is african american (this doesn’t count Hispanics).

You simply have no idea what you’re talking about.

The six politicians are giving bad advice to servicemen, and unfortunately wont share a prison cell with any solders dumb enough to disobey lawful orders
What bad advice?
