Well he could have said that instead of pointing to some issues 5 years ago that doesn't matter
and that would be my main point. If they did not have that many then he should have said so and that more would be on the way. That is a message of hope. Instead he gives a message of tit for tat. Still if containment is the issue as well as protecting medical providers then tell the people what the government is doing.
