The irrefutable fact is, Trump’s business deals in New York were well within the accepted business rules practiced in New York for generations. As such, the establishment of law by custom, which is a fundamental part of our legal system, was ignored and trampled upon by the incompetent, scumbag, Trump hating Judge.

If the judge disliked New York’s long-standing business practices which he indicates are dishonest, but date back for generations, he should have addressed those long-standing practices and denounced them. Instead, Judge Arthur Engoron took the opportunity to lash out at Trump, who he hates, and used his office of public trust to engage in a personal attack on Trump rather than attack the long-standing business customs practices in New York.

The piece of ■■■■ judge ought to be disbarred for his abuse of judicial authority.

None of your denials and whataboutisms change the laws, prosecutors say (and appear to have proof of), either. So we will let juries decide, as that is the American way. Not my fault, no other president tried to overthrow and election, stole government document, refusing to give them back, or used operatives in a state to attempt to change the vote of the people. If he had further political goals, such as returning to office, the baseline of fitness for office is support for the constitution, support for rule of law and acting with personal responsibility to ensure he showed legal and ethical judgement, in his own actions.
