After Trump's numerous attempts to delegitimize the judicial branch of our government and his multiple personal attacks against Gorsuch's colleagues... it would be dishonorable for Gorsuch to remain a candidate for Trump's Supreme Court pick.

Gorsuch cannot, in good faith, believe that Trump selected him for any other reason than to weaken our court system and increase his own power.

His hearings begin next week. It should be as entertaining as a WWE event.

I don't know that any Trump SC pick can take the bench with any respect or credibility after the tantrums Trump has thrown against the courts. Gorsuch half-heartedly spoke out once when Trump attacked the integrity of our courts, but if he has any respect for his profession he needs to take a stand. If he doesn't then I don't see how anybody can take his nomination seriously.

No he shouldn't in an era of increasing judicial activism we need judges especially on the Supreme Court who base their rulings on the law and the constitution not their personal views and political agenda. I have talked with some anarcho pals of mine, and after that ruling in Maryland, I'm pretty sure Gorsuch is going to make such a ruling nation wide possible. He's really more about the power of the state than about individual freedoms.
