And it woulda been a lot worse Manchin and Sinema hadn't refused to end the fiibuster in the Senate. The dems woulda passed the Build Back Better Bullshit Bill that would've added another $5 tril to the debt and God only knows what else they woulda done.

My son and I live together I assist him with expenses. He swears by Walmart and I shop at Fred Meyer which is really Kroger. I get meat sales at 2 for 1 price. He also does that at Fred Meyer. Both of us have the delivery free service. I also use Fred Meyer pharmacy. That pharmacy, now after Trump, took charge finally sells me Trulicity for a 1/3 of the Biden costs.

Well, I go to many stores. It is a long story, But main items? Always cheaper at WalMart, fresher and workers mostly more cheerful. Milk, bread, sugar, PB&J all of it seems like $1 cheaper always than Safeway. Check the dates, buy from the back if need be. If not? Come back next week.

I want to also mention Walmart . I looked up prices of the same items on my list at Fred Meyer and as my son told me, those items are cheaper by enough for me to shop at Walmart. I do my looking on line. They show photos. So I have saved money buying what I use and not what ends up in the cabinet but not used often. When I shop for food, I use a list and try to stick to the list.

I quit Costco for the same reasons you tell about. My son also only buys staples at Walmart. Meat he also buys as I do at Fred Meyer. Fred Meyer has awesome meat deals.

Income taxes is the ONLY tax that has those who earn more bare more burden in funding. If your goal is for poor broke ass people to bear more burden, I think you are crazy. In the long run if you bleed the poor and working class you end up with an unstable society where they are motivated to take shit. I have too much to lose to see a class war so I am a proponent of taking on a higher burden so I can keep my shit safe and sound.

The solution isnt communism... the solution is regulated capitalism so that those who are successful provide a life that is worth living to the common and working class folks.
