Progressives have their own definitions and meanings which they apply as they need at the time. Justice doesn't mean being judged by your peers, it means whatever outcome they want. Equality only means that you must take whatever steps needed to make failure and bad decisions the responsibility of others. Fair (like in fair taxes, fair housing, fair living wages, etc,} means whatever they want them to mean. Same with due process, that now means to them ignore them because we say so. This is a world in where there are only rights and entitlements, and responsibility and accountability don't exist, a never never land.
