After a thorough deep dive into the media on this story, this is an astute analysis of this story. The Al Capone argument....They can't convict me because I keep bullying witnesses and jurors, so I'm innocent!
Seriously weak sauce, Jake.

OAN Finally Admits ‘No Widespread Voter Fraud’ After Settling Defamation Suit
OANThe right-wing cable network One America News Network on Monday ran a pre-recorded 30-second segment acknowledging that there was “no widespread voter fraud” by Georgia election workers in the 2020 presidential election. The segment appears to be part of a recent settlement relating to a...

Mom-and-Daughter Poll Workers Sue Trumpy News Outlet for Bonkers Election Stories

Mom-and-Daughter Poll Workers Sue Gateway Pundit for Bonkers Election Stories
The suit is one of the first to be filed by individual employees targeted by the wacky world of conspiracy-mongering websites that continue to claim Donald Trump won the election.
. . . and that story? Leads us to a NYT pay-walled article, which bemoans that fact that they are poor minorities who were doxxed after this whole affair.
Two Election Workers Targeted by Pro-Trump Media Sue for Defamation
The two Georgia workers were falsely accused of manipulating ballots by Trump allies and right-wing news sites. Election officials said the workers did nothing wrong.

". . . It all began one month after the 2020 election, on Dec. 3, when a lawyer for Mr. Trump’s campaign played a spliced segment of surveillance video footage for a Georgia Senate committee. The lawyer falsely claimed Fulton elections workers pulled 18,000 fraudulent ballots from a suitcase and illegally fed them through the voting machines. . . . "
<snip>
". . . They received death threats, unending harassment from phone calls and text messages, and unsolicited pizza deliveries to their homes. Ms. Freeman and Ms. Moss, both of whom are Black, were also subjected to racial slurs.
The harassment was detailed in a Reuters article published Wednesday that included recordings of 911 calls Ms. Freeman made when Trump supporters came to her home and banged on her door last December.
According to Reuters, Ms. Moss earns about $36,000 a year for her full-time job with Fulton County. Ms. Freeman, a temporary worker, was paid $16 per hour. Ms. Freeman was forced to shut down her online business selling fashion accessories once she became inundated with threats. . . . "
Now, in this article, although we get a hint of how folks might have gotten an erroneous impression from that video we saw, the picture accompanying the article, first, gives the wrong impression of what the controversy is about. . . why not publish a still of the controversy?

. . and video splicing or not, there is no debate that this was done AFTER official counting was done, and that there were no poll watchers around. . . so? WTF?! IN all of the media, there are no links to any of the official court documents, or the Defamation Suit, or findings of fact.
The real fact of the matter is, given the facts laid out in the NYT, these women would not have the money to hire the lawyers for a defamation suit, so, obviously, someone is taking these conservatives to court to make them pay for alerting the public to reality. . .
I want to know, HOW the public knows that none of those ballots were fake, or that none of the protocols were irregular? What are the findings of law that nothing was done irregularly. . . other than the corporate/government/fascist mantra, that there is nothing to see here, and the lawyers will lawfare this to death. . I haven't found it in any of this reporting.
That does beg the question. . who? Who is bankrolling these defamation suits, and based on what evidence? Because neither Gateway Pundit, nor Giuliani seem to be backing down, as we read in other reports. . .
Georgia election workers file second suit over fraud claims

Georgia election workers file second suit over fraud claims
Two Georgia election workers are suing a right-wing cable news channel and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani over false claims the workers engaged in ballot fraud during the 2020 election.

The lawsuit filed Thursday says One America News Network continued to accuse Freeman and Moss of wrongdoing even after Georgia election officials refuted the allegations against them. Giuliani, a lawyer for former President Donald Trump, appeared frequently on the network and along with OAN, “continued to publish and amplify the lie,” according to the suit filed in federal court in Washington.
An email to One America News Network and a member of the family that started it was not immediately returned. Messages at a phone number and email addresses associated with Giuliani were also not immediately returned.. . "
