After the unnecessary deaths by them of two American citizens, it is the DUTY of Congress to review ICE and Border Protection training and procedures and every process, to see if it can be improved so they don't shoot and kill, another citizen....what is their de-escalation training? Their searching and entering homes policy? Their training on crowds of citizens and their civil rights?
