And based on poll numbers for Joe Biden, no sitting President has had as low approval numbers, so he is the perfect target.

If she accused Biden of an impeachable offense it might have gone forward but this was a joke. You don't impeach a president because you don't like his policy, you impeach him for " Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors".
