Is this the same Chip Roy who said Trump committed "impeachable conduct" in 2021?
And Trump did commit impeachable offenses....57 senators thought so too...just not enough to get a conviction in the senate...and many Republican Senators voiced that it was an impeachable offense as well, that did not vote to impeach only because trump was out of office already. I doubt there were 10 senators that did not believe Trump's actions and lack of actions regarding the 1/6 Capitol attack were not impeachable at the time....

I bet you that Roy wouldn't lose in a Primary in Texas, his push to cut the debt is why he was elected in the best state in the union. In fact, Trump could be handing the future state of Texas to the Dems by spending so excessively. DOGE is very popular for a reason, it is critical.
China is going to win. They smell blood with the U.S bankruptcy in the future, Trump must not be another sucker Establishment loser President as he would say.
What is going on here? He is going to cost the GOP Texas if a middle of the road Dem runs in 2028.
Trump has to be smarter than this. A transformational president has to realize that the greatest national security threat to America is your debt and excessive spending is going to sink citizens into mass inflation to such a degree that by the Mid-Terms the Senate and House will be long gone.
He should never threaten a GOP rep who wants to cut costs. It's a horrible look for him. He looks more like AOC when he does. WWIII will follow if America becomes insolvent.

In a subsequent post, the president-elect said he hoped “some talented challengers are getting ready in the Great State of Texas to go after Chip in the Primary. He won’t have a chance!”
