I have some trepidation about starving kids....not that we can feed them all of course.....but I have been seeing and hearing things that indicate that the food shipments in particular get scooped by the local Politicians and redistributed to their Police and military. Don't know if that's true.....have no idea how anyone could possible prove it one way or another.
