Good experienced explanation for the Air India crash

This pilot is experienced at flying those Boeing Jets and knows precisely how they operate.

At first I thought the plane crashed on landing. I was not correct. This plane took off and as you will see the wheels were not brought up in time and the flaps were retracted far too soon. I believe he says the alarms would be going wild.
Anyway, you be the judge.

I don't know how many people I've talked to that thought it was coming in to land. When i told them different they looked at me like i had a third eye or some shit.
