Imagine hitting rock bottom, having to trust the people the police set me up with as I cannot afford $150/hour and by the end of the discussion I felt worse! The guy asks specific details about myself (such as my address and D.O.B why do you need to know this?), my wifes name which I refused to give him. It's as if they want me to throw her under the bus, I refused to do so at this juncture, it is a curse in Canada but I maintain loyalty to myself and God. I take pride in it, have always admired others who do the same, but it is harmful to be a stand up guy in Canada I assure you. We may not last as a couple, but I am keeping my vows.

Are you being forced to go to therapy ordered by a Judge? The police should have nothing to do with who you go to. Find someone you trust and get the help you need, if that is the case.

Thank you for that supportive response. Well, it is the cost. I corresponded with a U.S counsellor as I viewed her material online and she was the best,.most comprehensive authority I had heard from on the subject matter and that which I am going through. Her costs though were prohibitive, even more than Canadian therapists. This country is FAR different than Americans know, especially in Ontario. I used to be so confident and mentallly/emotionally strong having survived so much in life that it prepared me. I was never prepared for what I am going through today.

According to my friend that lives in Canada.......THIS is the problem.

Most all "professionals" are either own by or corrupted by the government.

Canada is a socialist country, most of the medical "professionals" are owned or subsidied BY the Canadian Nazi Gulag Government.
They don't want you HELPED, they want you DEAD.

And according to my friend, all the (few) self-employed medical professionals are moving to other smaller towns or out of the country all together, because they are sick and tired of being bullied and threathened by the Canadian Nazi Gulag Government.

Deal with it one day at a time. I do not know your story and what may have happened to you, but sooner or later it should end and you can then move on with your life.

Seek the support of friends and family and try to stay positive. Not easy, I know. Stay busy, it makes the negative go away while you are at it.

If anything, you may always Private message me.

Take care

There is certainly a docile and willing obedience of citizens here to help the Securiry Industrial Complex. They see personal gain be it income, future job opportunity etc. They are the POWs who sell out their fellow soldiers. We are precisely like the countries America has traditionally fought and challenged. Our citizens far too often lack the courage and cerebral wherewithall to stand up for principle The police purposely recruit the most desperate "CIs", low perfomers to help them out in harming their target. Your FBI is aware of this, but do they care? I hope they genuinely understand the truth, that is REALLY important to me.

Always remember.....The "therapy" people asking the questions are likely more fucked-up than you are.

Truth. Many people in these professions go into it because they needed therapy at some point themselves. There's no shame in that, except that they thought it was just so wonderful. I'm skeptical of those who think therapy is all that and the entire loaf of bread. If you need it, fine, get it. But hmmmm if you just love it SO much....

My advice is exercise. Wake up in the morning, throw on some good running shoes and walk. Then run a little and increase it as you can. It will make a huge difference.

Meh, I'm too tired to. I do push ups sometimes and some curls on a little band machine I have from time to time.

Well I understand it's tough. But I can tell you from experience early morning walks, which progressed to runs, helped lift me out of depression and anxiety. Plus all my numbers medically went in the right direction. But if you get the heart rate up, get a good sweat, take that shower, it's better than any meds out there. The hardest step is always the first one. You CAN overcome.

Exercise clears the mind and helps set the tone. Now pitter patter get at er. Hit the pavement or trails.

There are multiple ways to feel better and decrease your depression. Start with not watching the Maple Leafs.
Part of my problem. Truth is, most of e time even when they win I hardly care. When the lose I shrug. That scares me.
