Prove you are a liar, huh? I do it on a regular basis, so let me do it again. I'll just pull two of your many lies out of this post:

The USA is the world's worst police state, the world's largest wage and wealth gap, and the only country in the first world where life expectancy is declining.

Based on the most recent Gini index estimated from the World Bank, the five most unequal countries, in terms of wealth, are:

  1. South Africa (.634)
  2. Namibia (.610)
  3. Haiti (.608)
  4. Botswana (.605)
  5. Central African Republic (.562)

The US is the ONLY country where life expectancy is declining?

Here are 11 EU countries where life expectancy fell.....................

US life expectancy is actually going up, Liar.

WHAT IS THE 2021 AVERAGE LIFE EXPECTANCY IN US?

US life expectancy increased by 0.1% to 78.7 years over 2017 estimates according to the CDC.

The age-adjusted death rate fell 8.3 people from 731.9 deaths (2017) per 100,000 to 723.6 deaths in 2018. In 2020 the CIA estimated the US death rate at 8.35 people per 1,000 US citizens.

Thanks. You make it seem like unequal protection of the at-will employment laws in our at-will employment States is a simple oversight.

Do you have a coherent thought to offer?

Fracking has been in common use for many decades, but NOT in the US. Most US wells produce less than 50 bpd and there are no economies of scale.

Deepwater Horizon? Yes.. BP parceled out their safety compliance deliberately.. and cheated on safety. My brother analyzed the issues .. was hired to to so.
Are you really coming here to claim that fracking advances didn't drive the oil and natural gas boom, Surada? Are you determined to prove how little you know about the subject?

South America is the result of 50 years of Milton Friedman's tax and economic policies as stipulated by the World Bank and the IMF in order for the right wing governments the CIA installed there to obtain financing for their governments. Since the overthrow of the right wing dictator, Venezuela has completely destabilized and whipsawed between one corrupt elitist administration and another, with no strong underpinnings in law or finance.

That's where you are now. Whipsawing between one party which gives tax breaks to billionaires, and calls working Americans "lazy" and unworthy of increased wages or safe working conditions. Republicans encourage the wealthy to import cheap illegal immigrant labour, in order to frighten working Americans into working for less than a living wage.

These are the same tax, labor and economic policies adopted by Reagan and the Republicans, which have lead to 3 major economic crashes in the past 40 years, and impoverished millions of working and middle class Americans, and accelerated by two subsequent tax cuts.

It is the Republican Party and their toxic "free market" tax and labor policies which are turning the USA into a banana republic. You're one authoritarian dictator away from being Brazil. The USA is the world's worst police state, the world's largest wage and wealth gap, and the only country in the first world where life expectancy is declining.

One of the best indicators of the health of an economy, is quite literally, the health of its people. Just look at what happened to your nation with covid. So much for having the "best health care in the world". You've got NOTHING. You're still fighting a pandemic which is essentially over with in the rest of the first world.
Venezuela is in the position it finds itself not because of right wing dictators...it's destitute because it was run by a far left dictator, Hugo Chavez that turned it into a shit hole.
It's amusing to me to watch how you on the left promise your utopian paradise if only you're allowed to run things...and then when you DO get that opportunity...you get present day Venezuela! We're still fighting a pandemic because idiots like Fauci shut down the country and had healthy people hiding in their homes. We would have been over this six months ago if we'd used our heads and had sick and at risk people stay home while heathy ones were exposed to the virus and got over it.

All Daniel has EVER offered here is "gibberish"! He's probably the most ignorant poster on this board when it comes to economics.

Most US wells don't produce enough to justify fracking or gas injection that's why they use rocker pumps instead of Christmas trees.

You might want to read up on the history of VZ.. They voted for Chavez because right wing dictators had run VZ into the ground for 60 years.

Divert much? Admit it, Surada...the oil and natural gas boom was driven by fracking...something that Barry opposed.

Weak, FuckBoi, but at least you tried.

"First World" FuckBoi. All of the countries you listed in wealth inequality are third world countries, at best.

As for your death statistics, that's only in 2020 and that is due entirely to covid. Your life expectancy has been declining since 2014. The ONLY first world country where that's happening.

I used to know many oil people from VZ since oil people were a small family whether they were in Kuwait or VZ or KSA.

Fracking had been used in the ME since the 1950s... not so much in the US.

The oil boom was driven by the high ppb .. When its high producers will borrow money to invest in rigs, exploration and drilling. The rig count during the Obama years was higher than it had been in 44 years.

Who is this...Joe Biden? You can't seem to stay on topic. How did your "oil people" feel when Chavez nationalized the oil and natural gas companies in Venezuela?

VZ oil companies were nationalized in 1976.

Not so much until it drove a huge energy boom...duh?
What was the rig count on Federally controlled lands, Surada? You know as well as I do that the boom took place on lands that Obama DIDN'T control!

I don't know how many federal leases.. They take options on them all the time. There were 4500 optioned out of 7,000 when Dubya was president, but the ppb was way too low to encourage production.

You didn't say "first world" in regards to wealth inequality.

More lies by you, but you apparently didn't look at my link...tell us how the Netherlands and Sweden are third world countries, Dumbass.

Here are the 10 countries with the highest wealth inequality:

  1. Netherlands (0.902)
  2. Russia (0.879)
  3. Sweden (0.867)
  4. United States (0.852)

And tell us how all those EU countries with declining life expectancy are 'third world", Halfwit.

Here is another lie by you:

Your life expectancy has been declining since 2014.

From YOUR link, you lying sack of shit.

Life expectancy improved for the U.S. and most comparable countries in 2019

Keep the lies coming, Dumbfuck. I will enjoy rubbing your nose in your lies again soon enough.

Venezuela was a shithole before Chavez. While it was a wealthy nation when oil prices were high, it was also mismanaged successive corrupt administrations which failed to diversify the economy, and that wealth wasn't evenly held or distributed. It's a nation with one resource - oil. And with the collapse of oil prices around the world, it was easy for the autocrats to move in.

But conservatives are always pointing to second world countries for examples of "failed socialism" and ignore all of the successful socialist democracies in the world. You never compare yourselves to Canada, Norway, New Zealand or Germany - all successful first world socialist democracies, and all of which are doing far better than you are.

Yes, but now you're having problems with earthquakes in areas with heavy fracking. Plus groundwater pollution or damages.

Conservatives are fine with any level of damage as long as it makes money.
