Why do the actual tablets have to be still around? Actually, the first time Moses came down, he came down with the higher laws and commandments. He saw that the people had already fallen into carnal evil in just a few days. So, he threw those laws down and they were destroyed along with many of the evil people who did not believe in God. He went back to the presence of the Lord and was given the lesser laws, the Ten Commandments. It's amazing that mankind can't hardly keep all Ten of the simplest Commandments. And, when a civilization turns their backs to most if not all of them, the people of the Lord (Israel) are either carried away and/or destroyed. And, their are still atheists who are immoral.

because they were claimed by moses to have been etched in the heavens an obvious lie by their destruction before they were read.

their outrage was they choose not to obey him, moses who went into an outrage proving theirs was a leadership of coercion.

those false commandments are the source of uninterrupted centuries of persecution and victimization of the innocent by the crucifiers, desert religions that caused the untimely conclusion to the true 1st century events of liberation theology, self determination as expressed by the original religion of antiquity.

Many artifacts from thousands of years ago have been destroyed and lost. But, the people were smart enough to make copies and write them down. The tablets aren't what's important fool. It's keeping the commandments that count.
Yep, Moses was in charge of leading Israel out of Egypt to the Promise Land where Israel could flourish and be free to live their beliefs and perform their ordinances. After the sins committed at the feet of the Lord's temple mountain, the people were given much more instruction to keep them on the straight and narrow path to the Promised Land. The Lord was tough on them to stay righteous as a people in order to get there while thinning out the bad apples and being gone long enough for most of the people who remembered Egypt to have died. No coercion. If anyone wanted to leave, they were allowed to. The people stayed because they wanted to. Were you there? No.
You haven't the right or authority to claim any of the commandments were false.
