Installing a lightning rod....and replacing old shitty wiring with modern wiring and properly functioning appliances....prevents fires. And sprinkler systems. And fire alarms.

Old buildings burn easier. Especially wood ones.

Many "white churches" are fancy new buildings made of brick and glass and metal. And has proper elecrtical wiring. And mass sprinkler systems. And fire alarms. Connected to 911.

See? Just saying. A building from 1910 that hasnt had much in upgrades will be more vulnerable than one built in 2010.
