I am not one of you but we come close to agreeing on a number of big-ticket policy issues.
We spend a pittance on foreign aid.
China has spent a Trillion dollars building up good will in the third world with the Belt and Road Iniative.
Which is why the trade situation in the world looks like this.

Blacks have civil rights. The sad thing is they’re wasting them.If he is joining the current republican party he is not. Whites like you love blacks working to end civil rights.
Try not being white making stupid comments.Blacks have civil rights. The sad thing is they’re wasting them.
Ok then. Carry on.Try not being white making stupid comments.

I do not much care for your boy but I will admit that he has done more good than harm in recent days.
That will have to do for now.![]()
Every defendant in the US court system has the right to not testify at all.But now they cannot plead the fifth....
Do you realize what a nightmare that is legally?
You won't go to court when there are no facts.Nope.... Not if you've been pardoned. Refusal to testify is jailable at that point. Pardons have their good sides and their bad sides.
All the workers are being treated as “guilty”.
Aside from that, what actual data do you have and is it enough to justify the wrecking ball approach as opposed to a systematic analytical review and then plan of action!
What percentage of USAID’s programs are “throwing away” taxpayer money or “ridiculously wome”? Who gets to make that determination?
How many of those claims are even truthful? There are a lot of claims coming from Musk and Trump with no evidence to back them. One such fraudulent claim that is brought up as an “example” of “woke” and “waste” is this one.
A better question is why do you think private sector workers aren’t entitled to better rights!
From the link, which you should probably read:Nope.... Not if you've been pardoned. Refusal to testify is jailable at that point. Pardons have their good sides and their bad sides.
The twitter files are a joke. You guys think you know more than everybody, but what you think you know is a bunch of imaginary bs.I know what you mean but most of it is because they're uninformed. I belong to a group which encourages both sides to talk to each other respectfully and often. I have a few blue freinds that I can be perfectly honest with. These people are smart, educated and read the WP, NYT, NPR, ABC, NBC and CBS regularly. They're motivated enough to attend meetings and have discussions on a monthly basis.
There is SO much they've never heard of. Recently, I brought up the Twitter files. I was at a table of 6 blues and me. Not one of them had even heard of the Twitter Files.
From the link, which you should probably read:
"According to the Constitution Annotated from the Library of Congress, the Supreme Court confirmed in several decisions from 1955 that witnesses in congressional investigations can invoke the protections of the Self-Incrimination Clause: “Although the [Fifth] Amendment’s protection expressly refers to criminal cases, the Court has nevertheless found the privilege against self-incrimination to be available to a witness appearing before a congressional committee,” the LOC says. “Once properly invoked, the privilege protects a witness from being compelled to provide Congress with statements that may directly or indirectly furnish evidence which could be used against the witness in a subsequent criminal prosecution or from being punished for their refusal to respond to committee inquiries.”
Do presidential pardons remove the Fifth Amendment rights of recipients? | Constitution Center
Before leaving the White House, President Joe Biden granted several pardons to people who may be asked to testify in the future before Congress. But do those pardons, if accepted, remove the recipients’ rights to “take the Fifth” if subpoenaed during a federal investigation?constitutioncenter.org
I hope the idiot racist got the message. He can at least stop making a fool of himself - a little.I think this racist coward has me on ignore most of the time, so would someone tell the idiot that I am NOT Asian (as I've said 1000 times)?
It's odd that you know more about this than my link from The National Constitution Center.Nope.... Pardons change everything.
Yes, if a person accepts a presidential pardon, they generally cannot invoke their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination regarding the pardoned offense, as the pardon essentially removes the threat of criminal prosecution for that crime, meaning they can no longer claim they might incriminate themselves by testifying about it; however, they can still invoke the Fifth Amendment for unrelated matters.
You need evidence to take a person to court. Where there is no crime, there is no testimony. So you can just end your delusion about people pardoned by Biden testifying about crimes they did not commit because they're accused of them by Trump.Nope.... Pardons change everything.

Hunter Biden isn't in any bad place. Hunter Biden has been investigated by Congress, and REPUBLICANS at that, nothing was found, and that I the evidence the court will also have, so again, if there is no evidence of a crime, there is no case. Now what you are going to do is **** around and get William Barr, John Durham, and Trump in a world of hurt when it is revealed how they covered up some corrupt dealings Trump had in Europe.Nope..... Not for a case that's already been opened and is being reopened. A person who has been pardoned can no longer plead the fifth in relation to that particular case. This puts Hunter in a very bad position.
