Short term weather isn’t the same as long term climate. The planet can still be warming even while parts of it experience extreme cold. Ice sailing conditions may look great this week, but that doesn’t erase decades of rising global averages, melting glaciers, or shifting seasonal patterns. Local snapshots aren’t proof against long term trends.
