Getting Old Sucks

Im not elderly old at all, but if i have a back ache or sore feet i take two high dose curcumin capsules before bed and wake up all good.. its turmeric. Seems to work. Heated pads on sore areas a few times a day works well too..

Morning stretches are essential.
I think I just have sort of crappy genes. At least as far as athletic related stuff goes.
