I have been to Norway and Switzerland. Do you think there are more people from there trying to come here or vice versa? And immigration laws in both countries are very strict. If you're born in Switzerland, you're not guaranteed citizenship.

But you need a good work skill to be hired by local companies.

Not quite. Norway built its wealth on exports and oil reserves. It does have a large socialist net but the country is highly homogeneous. Switzerland is highly capitalist and you may purchase citizenship there for a sound sum of money. They also have interesting banking laws. The people there are highly educated and wealthy, far from socialists. Sweden is very very very liberal.
