Poor people do not all have home computers with printer/scanners to easily make a copy of their govt ID to mail in with their ballot request or work in a job where there is a copy machine they can easily use... this makes it easy PEASY for one class to absentee vote from a chair in their home vs. another class with hurdles to jump.....

But that's the least of the problems in this bill that directly disenfranchises one Party over another Party citizens....

Cutting voting days, cutting voting hours, cutting early voting, cutting souls to polls movements, cutting ballot drop off boxes, cutting days for absentee ballots arrival Times, etc etc etc....all things that affect the democratic leaning citizen more....

easy, the ballot wasn't asked for from the voter. the ballot merely showed up at their house and no notary saw the voter named on the ballot sign the ballot.

Do you sign the form at the precinct house at in person voting? truly, do they watch you sign it? do they then provide you a ballot? not the case in mail in ballots. Absentee ballots the ballot is requested by the person who knows they won't be available on election day, they contact the county and discuss with a certified clerk. Not so in mail in ballots. dude, your brains fell out of your skull when donald trump won.
