I doubt that there has every been a general federal in a state in which some of the rules are not broken. Legal actions can be taken to punish those that broke the rules but that will not effect the certification of the election. If an election is not certified, millions of voters will have been deprived their right to vote when they have done nothing wrong. Being free of that treaty allows them to produce nuclear fuel as they please and pursue development of nuclear weapons and the Trump administration has not been able to come to any agreement with Iran.Dealmaker? Walking out on the treaty has gained us nothing. It just made it easier for Iran to violate the terms of the treaty which other signers are still apart. Bush said he was going to negotiate a new and better treaty which never happen. Biden said he will attempt to rejoin the treaty.
Iran has never behaved as well as they have under Trump who they fear will thump them.
Biden says he'll reentry the agreement with Iran. I doubt that will happen. Iran has made it clear they will not sign any executive agreements with a US president. In fact, Biden and future presidents are going to have problems making any executive agreements because Trump has made it clear that the US does not honor those agreements. In short, why waste the effort on an agreement with an American president when the next president is most likely going cancel it. This is just more damage Trump has done to country, damage that is not going to be easy to repair.
The fact is Donald Trump has cancelled a number executive agreements with many countries, simply because he doesn't like the agreement or they were by Obama. He promised to make new bilateral agreements but with the exception of Japan he has failed to do so. On of the major reasons is that other nations do not trust the US to live up to their agreements, in no small part do to Trump. I expect it will take Biden at least a year to undue the damage Trump has done. If the only thing he is able to do is to restore trust in US and reassert American leadership in the world, he will have done a good job.
