The second tweet refers to President Obama, who said this today:

So, yeah, good old George Zimmerman went full racist today and called our first black president a "Baboon".

There is some truth to that, but it's the historical context in which such terms are used to demean an entire group of people. And that makes all the difference. That is yet another thing that separates us from lower simians: the ability to DISCERN.
