These Muslims aren't going to get out. Many of them are citizens, a great number has various forms of permanent residency, 'getting out' requires an agreement from the third party to allow them in.

Reality is the absolute majority of these people will stay in their new countries. And Europeans should resolve the issues these people bring with themselves (radical Islam, crime, gang fights etc) understanding and accepting this fact. And, of course, borders. Without it anything else will be meaningless.
