It doesn't mean that ICE can't arrest illegals, it just means they can't profile them based on race or language and follow some of the other stipulations(daily phone calls, legal representation, etc.). These can easily be followed while still arresting illegals. Regardless, this will be over-ruled. Meanwhile, in 51 of the other counties in CA, they will continue as usual. This is a temporary speed bump.

Thank you for admitting the ICE is subject to the courts. It will not overruled. The law is quite clear that LEO cannot profile.
