Perry can brag about Texas having the largest refinery in the country and capable of handling anything Keystone can bring it ... he won't brag about said refinery being owned by Saudi, maybe he will ... either way Prick is political toast. IMO

I am fully aware that the President has little to do with gas prices. However, I have noticed that those who blamed Bush when they went up failed to do the same when they went back up under Obama and now give him credit for them going down. I thought I would point out that if you are going to give credit, give blame.
