G7 looking for 2 Historic Outcomes

I am expecting big things from Biden’s first world leader summit. I bet he doesn’t puke on the Japanese leader like Bush nor blow Putin while denying US intelligence briefing reports.

Looking for minimum corporate tax rate and vaccine commitments.

The two biggest outcomes expected from the summit are a shared commitment to a global vaccination effort and an agreement on what the minimum corporate tax rate should be.

Collectively, the countries are committing to providing a billion vaccinations globally to assist people in some of the world’s poorest countries, with Biden announcing Thursday that the United States would contribute half of that total.

On the tax rate, the leaders are expected to collectively endorse a global minimum corporate tax of at least 15%, following up on an agreement met by finance ministers last week, though implementation of such a tax rate ultimately will require approval in each country.

The mood of multilateral cooperation surrounded Biden's debut appearance at the summit, which serves as a stark departure from prior summits in recent years, as former President Donald Trump's skepticism of multilateralism in favor of his "America First" approach to foreign policy rattled the global norms that have long made such summits predictable affairs.
You dumb fuck.

You will wind up paying the fucking corporate tax whenever you buy anything made by a corporation. Don't we have enough Democrat inflation already without adding to it?

It will also cause a flood of jobs to be transferred to countries that won't go along with that dumb idea, like Ireland.

I swear you uneducated dumbass Moon Bats don't know anymore about Economics than you know about History, Climate Science, Biology, Ethics or the Constitution.

Fuck giving away the vaccine to foreign shitheads. Make them buy their own. We don't need to provide welfare to the rest of the world.

I thought all the other countries had such great Socialized medicine. If Socialized medicine is as great as you idiot Moon Bats say it is why aren't they proving their own vaccine?

Anybody that voted for Joe Dufus and then ignored the fact he stole the election is an idiot. That is a fact.
What was the economy like and the tax rate like under a Democrat the last time the budget was balanced? Oh I’ll give you a hint.

Clinton signed the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 into law. This act created a 36 percent to 39.6 percent income tax for high-income individuals in the top 1.2% of wage earners. Businesses were given an income tax rate of 35%.

Thanks to Gingrich and the Contract with America.

Then Bush and the Deep State decided to kill 3,000 Americans and blame Muslins in a far away land

Oh it'll be historic, all right.

First time in history the equivalent of a ventriloquist dummy represents the US in a summit.

You guys wouldn’t recognize progress if iit inoculated a billion people before your eyes. I expect great progress here.
Biden won’t provide us progress, but he will enrich the rich like all his recent predecessors have done. He’s got a 50 year track record of doing this. Why don’t you know this?

Putin pipeline good; American pipeline bad

Wonder how much Putin paid the Bidens for that? (10% for the Big Guy)

Putin let Biden put his tongue in his butt.

Sources say Biden thought that was great progress.

Projection. Last guy was Putin’s bitch. Biden already has him on his heels.

You got that backwards... It's Biden back on his heels.

With his tongue hangin out.

Like giving a billion dollars of our money to that stupid worthless high speed rail train in California. The project is already billions over budget and the money will only go to enrich Democrat donors.

I hope Ireland tells those globalist dumbfucks to suck their drunken dick
Assuming there are a significant number of signatories to the Global Minimum Corporate Tax...

Then the likely response to Ireland telling the signatories that will be a 2.5% duty on their exports.

Ireland's current corporate tax 12.5% - 15% Global Minimum Corporate Tax Rate = 2.5%

Why do you want to keep allowing foreign countries to artificially manipulate trade and investment flows using their domestic corporate tax code? Do you like seeing jobs and investment lured away from the United States? Do you like having to carry the tax burden for multinational corporations, while they get to enjoy the benefits of everything that our tax dollars pay for? Not to mention putting businesses that operate solely within the United States at a disadvantage to competitors that game foreign tax havens.

This is a proposal for an international agreement, not some new global tax and/or taxing authority, the concept is akin to Reagan taking the Japanese to task over currency manipulation.

Thank circumstances....Perot said repeatedly in '92 that the budget was going to briefly come into balance in 2002 all by itself.

All that happened was that he was right and everybody took credit for basically doing nothing.

When Trump was President the US was feared and respected. With Joe Dufus we are the laughing stock of the world.

Nothing could be dumber than to create a world wide tax on corporations.

The consumers wind up paying and the filthy government gets more money to be wasted and given to the welfare queens. On top of that the stupid countries that impose it will lose jobs to the countries that don't impose it.

I like the goods and services provide by corporations. In fact I am using a computer made by a corporation to present my point of view, just like like you are doing.

I worked for a corporation for 30 years and made a damn good living and good retirement.

The corporation I worked for made a necessary product. They also paid a ton in corporate taxes and state and local taxes.

Corporations are a good thing.

I don't want them to be taxed any more than they are now because eventually that cost gets passed down to me and that sucks. I'm taxed too much already.

Also, I don't want my fucking government to get more revenue. The US government is already bloated and a disaster. We don't need to add to it.

Joe Dufus knows that his economic polices will be disaster for the US. The only goddamn reason he is trying to push this stupid tax is prevent these companies from fleeing his proposed increase in taxes and taking jobs with them. He is too dumb and socialistic greedy to do what Trump did and incentivize companies to keep the jobs here.

If I ran Ireland, I would tell them to fuck off. Aint nobodies business what they tax their corporations. It should cause other countries to lower theirs for competition. Not them tax their businesses at double the rate and then whine about it not being fair.

Only a dumb country would sign up for that tax. You know, like Joe Dufus America.

Stealing an election has consequences for the people that let it happen. The cost of goods and services will go up and we will lose jobs to counties that are to smart to impose that stupid tax.

If corporations attempted to collude like this they would be perp walked to prison. Just another example of government do as we say not as we do BS.

You’re missing the point, WE (as in American Citizens and American Business operating solely in the US) are in effect subsidize Irelands low corporate tax rates. They’re luring away jobs and investment from us by manipulating their tax rates, while we the people are stuck making up the difference, that’s reality.

I’m wholeheartedly AGAINST the concept of any form of income tax (including the Corporate Income Tax) however we have to deal with reality, reality is they’re not going away anytime soon. Given that I don’t see how anybody would be for letting foreign countries game the system and stick us with the bill for their own benefit, in concept it’s no different than your neighbor sticking you with part of his living expenses while at the same time luring your employer to give your job to someone else and undermining the value of your investments to boot.

As far as “providing competition”, we’re not in a position to compete on that field, the current rates are about as far as the idiots in Washington are prepared to go, not to mention the fact that we have ENORMOUS budget deficits, cumulative operating deficits and unfunded liabilities to deal with.

we’re not in a position to compete on that field,
I agree. And thats Washingtons fault.
I totally get your point, fox. It just isnt enough justification for me.
I cant get behind other countries throwing away their sovereignty because we vote in self righteous morons.
