It has to be remembered this is on top of radioactive releases from fossil fuel sources that exceed comparable reactors by dozens of times. Any radioactive hazardous waste or emissions should be secured and entombed. In this case it is just weird this freakout over the Fukushima waste in comparison to seemingly not giving a shit to all the other vaster sources of radioactive wastes and emissions.
