Floyd died from the black brain disease that causes criminals to resist arrestIf he did not subdue him in such a manner then GF would not have died on that day.
He was more than likely convicted because many of the jurors feared for their lives and the lives of their family if they voted otherwise. In fact, one woman was allowed to be excused from serving as a juror on the case for openly expressing that very sentiment.Chauvin was convicted by being filmed committing a murder.Chauvin was convicted based on the opinion of 12 jurors who likely felt pressured to vote as such lest BLM supporters threaten them and their family with physical harm, and loot and riot, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in damages to public and private property across the U.S.Yet somehow Chauvin was convicted.... It seems highly unlikely your opinion is worth anything.Given the lack of data showing a prevalence of fatalities involving neck restraints, and that this likely wasn't the first and only time Chauvin employed its use, it seems highly likely that Floyd died of other causes.Well, kneeling on Floyd's death for 9 minutes got Chauvin a murder conviction. Maybe the next cop who decides to do a 9 minutes squat on someone's neck for no reason will think twice....Very germane. If it's a dangerous practice that's suspect in someone's death, the statistics regarding how often it results in death should be considered. Not sure...How many people have died as a result of a gunshot wound at the hands of law enforcement vs. a "neck restraint" maneuver in the past 5 years? Are you saying that Chauvin has done this in the past? You think Floyd's neck was the first and only one that Chauvin applied his knee to for an extended period of time? If not, then why is Floyd the only one who died as a result?Have some 200+ pound man kneel on your neck for 9 minutes. Let us know how you feel afterword. Would you please? Better yet...tape it for us.The coroner became little more than a movie critic. Siskel and Ebert at the movies, "Geroge Floyd death caused by white cops brutality" . The coroner determined Floyds' s death NOT on his physical findings. Not the Drugs in his system, nor his health condition (enlarged heart and the fentanyl level in his system). Not facts or anything, just a cheap jack bargain basement video.
And, ya know, it doesn't matter if he's done this 100 times before. If you have someone who has shot 100 people and the past and the 101st person dies...is it anything other than a laughable defense that goes, "Well, I've shot 100 people...none of them died before!"

Hun, Floyd was already overdose and complaining of not being able to breathe before he was even on the ground....the drugs suppressed his breathing and thusly his heart. He was dying even before the cops arrived.Sorry the immediate cause of death is important as it is the final complication that caused the death, contributing factors and underlying causes are mention. So his action caused the guy to die. If he did not subdue him in such a manner then GF would not have died on that day. He would eventually die but who know when. It really is that simple. Pointing to underlying causes is not the immediate cause of death. So if he did that then he did his job as required by law. He had a trial and the jury unanimously convicted him.
No that's not what was concluded. I watched the trial, I know the law. I understand that your racism allows ypu to think that ir is proper for police to murder blacks, but the law doesn't see it that way. Everybody who dies, dies from cardiac arrest you fucking idiot. Cariac arrest is a fancy term for your heart stopped working. Floyds heart stopped working because air was cut off from his body by Chauvins knee. The Hennepin County medical examiner's conclusions indicate that drug use and a heart condition were contributing factors. George Floyd was complaining that he couldn't breathe before he was on the ground. Chauvin is a murderer. Fact.
Your move.
Look faggot, this is not debateble. Chauvin was filmed killing a man. Thats what happened, his ass is convicted and he will be spending the rest of his days behind bars. Chauvin got a fair trial. He was hyperventilating because he was high and scared. The evidence overwhelmingly suggests that his heart was already weak from years of drug abuse and a preexisting heart condition. When combined with the level of anxiety he was experiencing, a heart attack isn't an unlikely outcome. The problem with your theory is that there's simply no evidence to suggest that death is often the most likely outcome of "neck restraint" maneuvers. If that were the case, there would be far more fatalities resulting from their use. There's simply little to no data that suggests it's a prevalent issue now or otherwise.Floyd was hyperventilating because he was scared. Floyd was not a violent criminal and you don't get to ignore the motherfucking facts just because you can't handle that one of your fellow racists is going to rot in prison for murdering a black man.
The medical examiner's report speaks for itself. It states that drug use and a heart condition couldn't be ruled out as contributing factors. That's a fact, not an opinion. As far as Floyd not being a violent criminal, he held a woman at gunpoint during a home invasion. He was a career criminal.Look asshole, the doctor who examined him stated that he did not die from drugs. OK? Floyd was not a violent criminal and you don't get to ignore the motherfucking facts just because you can't handle that one of your fellow racists is going to rot in prison for murdering a black man. Putiing a kne on the back of a persons neck and cutting off air for over 9 minutes will kill everyone ithappens to.His blood toxicity report---says he had enough fentanyl and meth to kill a horse. Holding down violent criminals with a knee is done daily all across the US...I don't care what weak chief or cop denounced what.....the fact is that putting a knee on 6'6 6'7 violent criminal does and would not kill him. Unfortunately, it isn't that easy to kill grown criminals.Floyd was hyperventilating because he was scared. Drugs did not kill him, the court was shown proof, professionals stated that, 10 police officers denounced the tactic, the Chief of Police denounced the tactic, the Minneapolis police departments training officer denounced the tactic, so all this whining because a white man got convicted of a murder he was filmed committing really shows us the content of your character....Racist.Hun, Floyd was already overdose and complaining of not being able to breathe before he was even on the ground....the drugs suppressed his breathing and thusly his heart. Again, your bias is preventing you from seeing any other possible explanation. Read the medical examiner's report for yourself. It was never concluded that drugs and a heart condition weren't contributing factors. Of course, I would imagine there was a lot of pressure on the examiner to say what he thought would result in the least possible controversy in order to avert more rioting and destruction of property nationwide. It was unlikely from the start that Chauvin could've received a fair trial.Bullshit. The evidence did not show anything you ckaim. What I said was not theory you racist son of a bitch, it was fact produced by trial testimony. He was killed as a rresult of a knee to the neck cutting off his air. Period.
