They are highly dense with little room to build so as people immigrate into blue states house prices continue to climb and people move to less desirable low price areas. That agrees with what I said. Which is that south states have more undeveloped land and it’s cheaper so people are moving to there. Again, most of the blue states are highly densely developed, and as people immigrate into the state from other countries, people have to move out because of the lack of housing.
