From Croft Testimony OMB held Ukraine Aid in 2017 mulvaney Said Russia Would React Negative

I'm reading the testimony of Catherine Croft and it's very interesting.

Seems mulvaney said that the aid to Ukraine in 2017 was stopped at the OMB because russia would react negatively to the aid.

Apparently no one else in that room cared what russia thought or how they felt or how they would react. mulvaney was the only one there who was working for russia.

Bottom line: Trump gave the Ukraine lethal aid, including javelins, and the Obama admin only gave the Ukraine non-lethal aid.
So what is your point?
