I don't take the calls from headhunters, problem solved. Yes I deleted hundreds emails and hundreds calls over the years. Too much trouble to get in bidding wars with worse people perhaps.

If your numbers are right, $90new $36 old? Yes, it would be worth looking into but reluctantly?

Cool story, one I don't believe. If the difference were a few million over the course of the contract sure maybe it's not worth listening too. But it's almost triple and again they called him he didn't reach out looking for a new job. Ole Miss would drop him like a bad habit if he wasn't winning or for any other reason they could think of if it suited them. If he's worth it to Ole Miss and it's a better place to work, Ole Miss can offer him a little less and Im sure he'd take it. Expecting him to turn down 3X his current salary to be loyal to an organization who I can assure you holds no loyalty to anyone other than money and winning is just dumb.
