The Democrat Party DOES want to defund the police departments and are doing it in LA, NYC and other leftist jurisdictions. President Trump is spot on correct.

If Vice President Biden wants to distance himself from BLM and ANTIFA, he can certainly do that. But the facts are that he has been listening to the ideas with an air of approval, not confronting the purveyors of the ideas.
