Meet the U.S. Attorney

United States Attorney

Postman is the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Postman assumed that role in August 2025,
Since taking office, Mr. Postman has prioritized the safety and interests of New Yorkers and the millions who visit the city and region each year. His prosecutorial focus includes gun violence, gang activity, drug trafficking (including operations enabled by cartels and foreign governments), hate crimes, sex trafficking, child exploitation, national security threats, cyber attacks and cyber-enabled fraud, securities and corporate fraud, and money laundering.

The U.S. Supreme Court has held that selective prosecution occurs where the law enforcement officials or prosecutors have in pursuing a criminal case “directed so exclusively against a particular class of persons … with a mind so unequal and oppressive” that equal protection of the law has been negated by their efforts ..

While both Wayte and Armstrong address selective prosecution, the Supreme Court emphasized that selective enforcement is no different from other equal protection claims. Therefore, discriminatory purpose and discriminatory effect requirements also apply to selective enforcement.
Comey should try and raise that defense to his criminal acts...see if the Court agrees, doubtful

haha no you aren't Jay Clayton, and Trump would never appoint someone as dumb as you that didn't even know a US Attorney was a federal employee.

Now, XIden, I believe he would appoint someone like you

And Mr Postman doesn't know the law.

The judge who dismissed these cases today was Cameron McGowan Currie. Was appointed by a reasonable president Bill Clinton based on qualifications , not party or personal allegiance.
Competent administrations don't make these mistakes because they hire qualified people.

I posted the statute and claimed she was impersonating a federal employee., where the statute prohibits anyone, including another federal employee, from impersonating an officer of a position they do not hold.

You didn't understand the statute that she didn't violate,

Just like you didn't understand that a US Attorney is a federal employee.

You are in way over your head here little Postman, the fact my tax dollars went to your salary is offensive

Collecting a federal paycheck kinda kinda shoots your informed legal theory in the ass.
Can't impersonate a federal employee while getting paid by the government.

It's no different than a PFC in the army impersonating a Sergeant.

Or a Captain impersonating a Colonel.

ust like you didn't understand that a US Attorney is a federal employee.
You seem to be stuck on stupid
That she was a federal employee means nothing, when impersonating a federal officer.
The a US Attorney from Pennsylvania, impersonating a US Attorney from Florida is still in violation of Impersonating a Federal Officer.

Collecting a federal paycheck kinda kinda shoots your informed legal theory in the ass.
Can't impersonate a federal employee while getting paid by the government.
Another person stuck on stupid
That's like the indian janitor at FBI headquarters impersonating Kash Patel to the reporters outside FBI headquarters.

And thinking there was no law violated.

It's no different than a PFC in the army impersonating a Sergeant.

Or a Captain impersonating a Colonel.
Like when your VP nominee tampon timmy impersonated a retired command sergeant major? Well, not it's not like that, because the military has something called the uniformed military code of justice GovInfo

Again, your paycheck continues to offend me. I am going to use Fedex for all my deliveries for now on.

I believe the Governor actually held the rank of command sergeant major.

His official biography on the Minnesota state website says: “Command Sergeant Major Walz retired from the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion in 2005.”

He did reach the rank of command sergeant major near the end of his service, but he would have had to serve in that role for three years to retire at that rank officially, says the National Guard.

Personnel files show Walz was reduced one rank - to master sergeant - after retiring for benefits purposes.

So it's more a technicality than a lie.

Listen stuck on stupid
It's the UCMJ

Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Pretender....

hahah what part of your own quote don't you understand:

you compared someone impersonating a US Attorney to a private impersonating a officer and you are calling someone else stupid?

You didn't know a US Attorney is a federal employee, and you are calling someone else stupid?

It's official, Fedex is getting all my business now

15th post
And thinking there was no law violated
Only one is in your head.

It's no different than a PFC in the army impersonating a Sergeant.

Or a Captain impersonating a Colonel.
Or some dickhead on an Internet forum claiming to be an US attorney.

The Marener always rings twice.

He lied, and you lied

He didn't lie. He was a command sergeant major when he retired.

But because he didn't have sufficient time in grade, his retirement pay (and designation) was at a different rank.

So it was a technicality, not a lie.

you compared someone impersonating a US Attorney to a private impersonating a officer and you are calling someone else stupid?
If you pretend to know about the military, and know nothing about the UCMJ, then you're stuck on stupid.
