God doesn't destroy what he creates because what God creates is good. To destroy what God created would mean God was in error in the first place.

I have no idea how or when souls are created.

Our fate is decided by us. We will either be able to accept God's spirit or we won't.

No, we were headed there in the first place. It is our choice to either accept Messiah or reject Him. No church, priest, bishop, cardinal, nor pope can intercede for us.

Yes you are correct, religions lacking holy spirit teach they actually went to heaven-- The bible mentions-heaven(s)=3--Our atmosphere, outer space--Gods dwelling place, all referred to as heaven in the bible.
