- `This imposed sanctions of Muammar Gaddafi, his family and Libyan officials after protestors were killed by government forces.

** Little did we know that there was a hidden clause in this National Emergency that called for the President to later use the United States Military to help Al Qaeda, who slaughtered 3,000 Americans, kill Gaddafi and give Libya to Al Qaeda....





4. Blocking Property of Transnational Criminal Organizations:
- This sanction was levied against four criminal organizations


5. Blocking Property of Persons Threatening the Peace, Security or Stability of Yemen:
- This sanction was intended to counter unrest in Yemen in the aftermath of the Yemeni Revolution.

** Again, since Yemen is SO CLOSE to the United States and any unrest in Yemen would be a threat to US citizens, Obama had no choice but to declare this National Emergency.





6. Blocking Property of the Government of the Russian Federation Relating to the Disposition of Highly Enriched Uranium Extracted From Nuclear Weapons:
- Imposed sanctions on Russia over the disposal of highly enriched uranium.


7. Blocking Property of Certain Persons Contributing to the Situation in Ukraine:
- Imposed sanctions, including restricting visas, in concert with the European Union and the international community against Russia after its invasion and occupation of Crimea.

** Despite breaking the US promise to help defend the Ukraine's sovereign borders and doing nothing to even rethink taking or to slow down Putting from militarily annexing Crimea, this was Barry's attempt to claim he did something AFTER Putin had taken Crimea.

-None of these were anything but the president using an emergency declaration to react quickly to an unexpected situation. The very definition of an emergency. None of the declarations were controversial at the time they were made. None of these were done to get funding when congress didn't want to give Obama funding. In fact this is the FIRST time ANY president uses the executive power of emergency declarations to get funding for a project he wants, because he can't get it any other way. You are trying to draw a false equivalency.
