Now, 20 years later -- do you still think impeaching Clinton for these serious high crimes was the right thing to do? While I agree that everyone should vote, and that if they did Trump will be voted out of office, it's still the responsibility of Congress to oversee the adminitration and take the appropriate action if the President violates the law.

Besides, depending on elections to remove an unlawful President means that a dictator can hold office if he (or she) is popular enough. Democracy is not just a popularity contest. We are a nation of LAWS.
